Game Day Manager

Summary 

This role will be responsible for ensuring game day operations run efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage of stream of runners at events and venues where StadiumDrop is operating.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of runners for each event.
  • Creating game day events and adding runners to each event on the StadiumDrop app. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and knowledge of Google Drive.
  • Act as liaison of StadiumDrop working hand in hand with venue. 
  • Supervise and coordinate close out of game day event and provide reporting to venues. 
  • Utilize social media to network.
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED- Experience in management a plus.
  • Must have reliable computer and internet.
  • Demonstrates progressive proficiency with social media, Google drive, and utilization of available computer technology. 
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Manages the order stream and runner assignments at events and venues where StadiumDrop is operating. 
  • Coordinates the checking in and out of runners on game day. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience in management a plus, but not required. 
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Social Media Interns

Positions available at these locations: DFW Area

Summary 

This role will be responsible for capturing game day operations, creating content and posting to social media.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts and posts content during game days.
  • Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Work directly with Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President on content and campaign ideas.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient on all social media apps and content creation apps such as Canva and Google Drive.
  • Adobe Suite access and experience required with some graphic design skillset.
  • Excellent and professional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solivng skills required.
