Accounting Assistant

Location: Frisco, TX

Summary 

The Accounting Assistant works closely with Financial Team members under the general supervision of the Senior Analyst and CFO, and is responsible for providing support with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Vendor/Client documentation, and Vendor/Client data maintenance. Also provides excellent customer service while maintaining high company standards in professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times. 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a contact person for other employees, clients or the outside public.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and verification of accuracy in relation to venue data.
  • Submit reports and backup documentation to clients.
  • Performe administrative support duties.
  • Reconcile Accounts Receivable payments with invoices, noting discrepancies and communicating such.
  • Maintain and secure records necessary for State and Federal compliance.
  • Maintain and update vendor files with changes in tax identification numbers and contact information using accounts payable system when necessary.
  • Deposit payments in bank as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information and data at all times.
  • Proactively communicate on a daily basis to ensure issues and workflow priorities remain on target.
  • Assist with projects as needed and other duties as assigned.
  • Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in all required training offered by the company.
  • Flexibility to understand that the responsibilities and work schedules may change based on the needs and requirements of the events or venues.
  • Communicates with internal and external offices to obtain or share information.
  • May assume responsibility for training, assigning, and checking work of others.
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Familiar with general Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes: 2 years experience
  • Microsoft Word and Excel: 4 years
  • Ability to work with peers in a team effort.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Intuit Quickbooks.
  • Detail oriented, with successful experience in meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Aptitude for providing excellent customer service.

Sales Representative

Location: Frisco, TX

Summary 

This role will be responsible for capturing game day operations, creating content and posting to social media.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serves current and potential customers by championing the SD brand and exceeding customer needs.
  • Focuses on existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential venues.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the needs of customers / venues.
  • Uses relationships and connections to gain trust and partnerships.
Required Qualifications


  • Associate's Degree / Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • A passion for sports
  • Familiarity with account management software (CRM)
  • 2+ years of management experience (preferred)
  • 5+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of account management experience (preferred)
  • Clear understanding and experience with contracts, quotas and sales goals
  • Confidence, efficiency, professionalism, and grace when communicating with clients

HR Manager

Summary 

The HR Manager will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning development. To perform this role with excellence you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles within a HR team, and knowledge around legal requirements for this role

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of three years of human resource management experience is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
